Crystal & Matt’s Brooklyn Engagement Session

I’ll be photographing Crystal & Matt’s wedding next year here in The Finger Lakes, but they really wanted to do their engagement session in the city they live in- Brooklyn, NY. I’d never been to Brooklyn before, but always love any opportunity to explore a new city. I spent time walking around with them and their dog, Alfonse, during golden hour on a gorgeous October day. It was so much fun incorporating many architectural elements into their portraits, and the lighting could not have been more perfect. I love big cities and city life, so exploring Brooklyn with Crystal & Matt was a wonderful change of pace.
